A couple of years ago I started my holistic journey before I even knew what holistic meant. I wanted to learn more about nutrition and when I searched through available courses and education the holistic approach resonated deeply to me and I felt it was where I belonged. Holistic health considers the whole body, mind and spirit and each person as the unique individual they are. There is also consideration for our home called planet Earth and how simultaneously the health of our planet affects the health of all of us! Once I stepped into this new way (for me) of life and thinking it truly was like waking up to a whole new world or as I like to say Waking Up Holistic! Please make yourself at home here and feel free to contact me for any of my services, general inquiries or just to say hello.

A little bit about me……

My name is Angelina. I was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario and continue to reside here as a stay at home mother of two energetic boys and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I have been interested in nutrition and healthy living for quite a few years but when my oldest son was born I really wanted to give him a great start in life and started to really dive in and educate myself. Prior to having my son I wasn’t doing anything I really felt passionate about and after having a conversation with somebody who asked if I was a nutritionist (I wasn’t yet), I started to think about the future and felt that this is the path I want to be on. I registered for the Holistic Nutritionist program at CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition) and jumped right in. It has been one of the most awakening experiences of my life. I have learned so much and applied what I learned to myself and my family and would love to help others who are looking into practicing a more holistic approach in their everyday lives. After graduating I completed an advanced course offered by CSNN for Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedies and fell in love with Bach Flowers and love what they can do to help balance our emotional sides….an often forgotten about piece of the puzzle to compliment our overall wellbeing. I wanted to get more involved with kids nutrition and making it fun so I completed the family and pregnancy certifications at the Dr. Sear’s Wellness Institute. I love being able to provide exciting ideas to help kids get involved with healthy eating alongside their parents and caretakers. I have recently completed a course in Functional Nutrition and have a whole lot more planned for the future!
