A little bit about me……

My name is Angelina. I was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario and continue to reside here where I balance life between creating herbal products, gardening and homeschooling my two boys. My passion for health was ignited when I had my oldest son and wanted to provide him with the healthiest life I could. I registered for the Holistic Nutritionist program at CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition) and jumped right in. It has been one of the most awakening experiences of my life. I have learned so much and applied what I learned to myself, my family and to help others looking into practicing a more holistic approach in their everyday lives. After graduating I completed an advanced course offered by CSNN for Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedies and fell in love with Bach Flowers and love what they can do to help balance our emotional sides….an often forgotten about piece of the puzzle to compliment our overall wellbeing. I completed a year long course offered by Josh Gitalis to earn my Functional Nutrition Certification  and completed courses through the Dr. Sear’s Wellness Institute. I loved using tea in my consultations (and for my own health) and dived into the world of herbs, spending a few years studying at The Herbal Academy and currently studying Alchemical Herbalism at The School of Evolutionary Herbalism.
